The estimated delivery times, based on DHL Express shipping, are indicated on the product pages. Total delivery time is composed of two parts:
The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. In-stock items are being processed without delay. Custom manufactured items require 4-6 weeks processing time. These items are flagged by a superscript number on the product pages.
The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be shipped by the couriers to the given delivery address.
NOTE: We do not process order status requests until total delivery time has elapsed.
