How to check the status of my order?
You should read the
General Terms and Conditions carefully before sending us a status request. To check the status of your order, you must provide us with the following information:
1. The date of your order
2. Your order number
3. Your billing address
4. Your shipping address (if differing)
5. The e-mail address used for your order
Note: The estimated delivery times, based on express shipping, are indicated on the product pages. Standard shipping: 3-12 business days, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages. Colors and sizes marked with an asterisk (*) are being custom-made, and may require up to 24 business days, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages.
Can I return my order?
You may return your order for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery. Before returning your order, please submit a return request using our contact form. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that we cannot accept your return if:
• the product is not in its original condition or shows clear signs of use
• the product is made of reptile leather (applies to non-EU residents only)
• the product has been custom-made (according § 3 GTC)
We cannot accept refunds to non-EU residents if the return is not a result of our error. However, we may accept an exchange of equal or higher value. Express re-shipping will be charged in addition.
We cannot accept cancellations of custom orders being processed. Returns must be shipped by postal mail service. Rejected returns cannot be reshipped.
